Wednesday saw the release of Netflix’s “Knock Down the House”, a documentary film about Alexandria Ocasio Cortez. The irony behind all this is that it took capitalism to make it, and to spread the socialist ideas of Alexandria Ocasio Cortez.
Netflix paid a high record of $10million to obtain the rights to the documentary. It is executive produced by Regina Scully who has a hedge fund manager husband that owns a $400,000 train set in their East Hampton mansion.
The fact that the films first budget was only $28,111 means this is a huge come up.
Then Netflix, one of the greatest modern capitalist success stories of this generation. Netflix has not only managed to change the cable television world, but it’s also found Reed Hastings is worth $4billion. In the U.S. alone there are 62 million subscribers.
“Knock Down the House” is not the only pro-socialist and anti-capitalist video available on Netflix.
