Man Sues Parents..Over Porn Collection?

A man in Indiana sued his parents for destroying his $29,000 porn collection.

In a lawsuit filed in Michigan, federal court states the Man had been staying with for about ten months because of a divorce. Instead of paying rent, he would help out around with household chores and such. After the ten months, the man had moved to Indiana.

When he moved out, he had many missing possessions. When asked about it the man’s parents admitted that the pornography had been “destroyed.” In fact, in an email, the man’s parents said, “I do not possess your pornography. It is gone,”, “It has been either destroyed or disposed of. I may well have missed a few items that are now in your possession but, at this point, if you don’t have it, it is gone. Ditto for your sex toys and smutty magazines.” According to the father, it “took quite a while” to get rid of 12 boxes full of pornography and two boxes of “sex toys.”

The man filed a police report at the Ottawa County Sheriff’s Department. Aside from “emotional attachment” to his porn collection he valued it to be anywhere from $10,000 to $30,000.
